Computers sitting unused →
Doing some research into education organizations today and I stumbled across this site. Amazing how much alike SE DC and South Africa are.
(At JC Nalle, the urban elementary school where I taught in DC, we had a whole computer lab with 15 computers and 4 printers, but when the kids started disconnecting the equipment the door was locked. It sat unused for the 1 1/2 years I worked there. The printers were never set up.)
